With in-house maintenance, our analysts work in a supportive role to provide a global vision of service and to provide validation as an information resource.

Based on the large number of repairs audited and analyzed daily by our analysts, they retain a global vision of MHE manufacturer service and parts issues. The analyst audits and analyzes warranty repairs and parts warranties and validates the findings of the in-house technician for both warranty and non-warranty (consumable) issues. By tracking, auditing and analyzing repair occurrences and component failures, repair trend analysis is performed. The results of their efforts become the statistical support required by the in-house technician and facility management to ensure the MHE fleet is cost effective and operating efficiently.
